Reporting & Consolidation

La risorsa nell’ambito di un progetto di crescita progressiva inizierà occupandosi della seguenti attività:
  • Coordinamento e preparazione delle chiusure finanziarie mensili, trimestrali e annuali per tutte le Società controllate (italiana e UK)
  • Predisposizione del Reporting Consolidato mensile, trimestrale e annuale e presentazione dei dati finanziari
  • Predisposizione del Bilancio Consolidato di Gruppo secondo i principi contabili IAS/IFRS
  • Fungere da coordinatore nei confronti di tutte le singole consociate (italiane e UK) in materia amministrativa, finanziaria e fiscale
  • Gestione di tutte le tematiche fiscali di Gruppo
  • Coordinamento delle attività di audit sia a livello di singole controllate che a livello di Gruppo
  • Coordinamento e preparazione delle chiusure finanziarie mensili, trimestrali e annuali per tutte le Società controllate (italiana e UK)
  • Predisposizione del Reporting Consolidato mensile, trimestrale e annuale e presentazione dei dati finanziari
  • Predisposizione del Bilancio Consolidato di Gruppo secondo i principi contabili IAS/IFRS
  • Fungere da coordinatore nei confronti di tutte le singole consociate (italiane e UK) in materia amministrativa, finanziaria e fiscale
  • Gestione di tutte le tematiche fiscali di Gruppo 
  • Coordinamento delle attività di audit 
Il/la candidato/a possiede i seguenti requisiti:
  • Esperienza di almeno 5/6 anni in analogo ruolo presso Gruppi internazionali e/o presso primarie società di revisione
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
  • Flessibilità e attitudine problem-solving
  • precisione attenzione e cura dei dettagli
