Job Title: Junior Financial Specialist (Intern) - Chinese SpeakerJob Location: Milan (Italy)Main Responsibilities: Review and analyze accounting and financial data to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals. Oversee the management of the company’s annual budget, conduct monthly rolling forecasts, and track financial performance to ensure targets are met. Monitor and assess project progress, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and deadlines. Provide financial support to business departments, offering guidance on finance-related matters, and design or review financial solutions for new projects to meet external compliance requirements and contribute to project success. Support presales projects by conducting customer credit ratings, reviewing financial clauses, negotiating terms, and developing financing solutions. Requirements: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Language Requirements: Good command of English, fluent in Italian and Chinese language.
