On behalf of a global leader in solutions for energy transition and circular economy, including Energy from Waste and Renewable Gas, we are looking for a:Plant Layout Engineer – Renewable GasThe ideal candidate has a relevant experience in layout engineering and he/she is able to work effectively within multidisciplinary and structured engineering teams.He/she will be involved in both greenfield projects and in revamping and retrofit activities worldwide, dealing with a wide range of technologies and processes.Main responsibilities:Develop the layout of systems and equipment for upgrade and retrofit proposals and execution projects; Prepare, update and check various plans such as layout, load tables, construction data, steel construction, platforms, ducting, and piping and component drawings; Incorporate and check ofdrawings from external and internal suppliers; Ensure the exchange of all required layout data with the project team as well as with consortium partners and suppliers of engineering services; Attend internal and external meetings as necessary to review model; Contact person in the project team for all layout related issues in the assigned area; Ensure maintainability, accessibility and constructability studies in assigned area.Requirements:Good knowledge of Revit (Autodesk) and other engineering tools, such as Navisworks, AutoCad, Aveva E3D; Experience in plant / layout design Renewable Gas Plants or equivalent regarding structural and mechanical designs, piping routing and equipment/systems arrangement; Bachelor/Master’s degree(e.G. Mechanical Engineering) or technical apprenticeship as Design Engineer or Plant Construction Engineer; Profound understanding of 2D and 3D CAD methodology; Very good MS Office userskills; Fluency in English, Italian and German are a plus; Autonomous, solution-driven, and persuading personality; Willingness to travel approx. 10%.Location: Milan
