La posizione ècentraleper garantire ordine, affidabilità, riservatezza e continuità nei processi quotidiani.Responsabilità principali Gestione amministrativa: fatture, scadenze, prima nota, archiviazione, supporto al commercialista Gestione acquisti e fornitori: ordini, controllo consegne e documentazione People operations: presenze, ferie, supporto contrattuale, onboarding/offboarding Supporto operativo quotidiano a Property Manager e PA Gestione flussi informativi e attività organizzativeProfilo ideale Diploma in ragioneria e/o studi equivalenti Almeno 5-8 anni di esperienza in ruoli amministrativi/organizzativi Preferibile esperienza in contesti privati complessi, aziende familiari o hospitality strutturata Ottima organizzazione, precisione e autonomia Italiano fluente, inglese funzionale Elevata riservatezza, affidabilità e senso di responsabilitàSede di lavoro: provincia di Monza – richiesta presenza
