Appian Architect

We are looking for an Appian Architect to join our client Talpro India Private Limited.Location: Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad Onsite HybridEmployment Type: Contract
Overview:Talpro India Private Limited is seeking a talented Appian Architect with substantial IT experience particularly in the architecture and development of Appian applications. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in Appian architecture and possess strong technical leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Develop architectural designs for suite applications ensuring alignment with system architecture. Application Development: Build and support applications using Appian focusing on technical design and stabilization. Data Modeling & SQL: Create data model designs write SQL queries and develop stored procedures to support application functionality. Technical Leadership: Lead technical and operations reviews while sharing knowledge with the team. Documentation & Tracking: Organize track progress and maintain documentation to facilitate clear communication. Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with team members and mentor junior resources. Independent Task Management: Work independently on tasks ensuring timely and highquality delivery. Agile Process Adherence: Adhere to standard agile processes including sprint planning and retrospectives. Support & Deployment: Provide afterhours support when necessary.
Required Knowledge: Educational Background: Engineering degree or Degree in IT/Computer Applications. Software Development Expertise: Indepth knowledge of software development processes and best practices. Agile Methodologies: Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with management tools such as QC and JIRA. Analytical & ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems. Agile Project Experience: Work exposure in Agile projects with a solid understanding of Agile ceremonies and tools like JIRA. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact independently with business and global counterparts. Learning Attitude: A strong willingness to learn new technologies and work on new projects. Flexibility: Ability to handle adhoc requests and manage Agile projects with a flexible and adaptive approach.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in providing afterhours support. Proven ability to lead and mentor a technical team. Strong problemsolving skills with a track record of delivering successful Appian solutions. Experience in release management and code deployment processes.
