One Works is looking for a talented Junior Architect to join our Team in Milan.

The position requires an experienced designer who can effectively coordinate and engage in design team interaction, manage consultants, interact with clients and authorities, elaborate and communicate design ideas to a range of audiences, and resolve construction challenges.

He/she will be part of various projects, including mixed-use masterplans, workspaces, hospitality and leisure, public, educational, and residential buildings.

We believe that successful projects are derived from a truly integrated approach to the design process, where the core disciplines are bound by creativity and innovation to produce a design that meets the needs of everybody involved.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in architectural firms.
  • Professional knowledge of Revit is mandatory.
  • International experience will be considered a bonus.
  • Experience in leading a project.
  • Experience across all design work stages.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Software (Rhinoceros, SketchUp).
  • Professional English knowledge in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a large team.
  • Local requirements (p.iva and iscrizione all'Albo).
  • English and Italian fluency.
