<< Job DetailsOT Manufacturing Cybersecurity LeadJob ID#:45398Category:StaffingLocation:Bologna, ItalyPosition Type:EmployeeJob DescriptionWe are currently looking a Sr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead, you will play a key role in protecting our client'smanufacturing operations by working closely with Manufacturing local teams, IT departments, Information Security, and global stakeholders. You will drive Cybersecurity initiatives across our OT environment while helping factories strengthen their cyber resilience and adopt secure ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment across factories and stakeholders. Build strong relationships with factory leadership, OT factory teams, Digital Engineering, IT departments, and Information Security stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and advisor. Contribute to the deployment and governance of key cybersecurity standards, processes, and best practices across manufacturing environments such as OT Asset Inventory, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, Incident Management, Backup & Recovery, and Network Security. Lead the implementation of OT Solutions ownership model, identifying OT solutions and deploying Service management practices and Service criticality assessment across Manufacturing Operations. Support manufacturing sites in identifying, assessing, and resolving OT cybersecurity risks, issues, and actions. Monitor cybersecurity performance and provide clear reporting on risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, and mitigation activities. Support OT factory teams in cybersecurity assessments, incident investigations, and remediation activities. Deliver training, awareness sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen OT cybersecurity capabilities across OT factory teams and other departments. Job Requirements5+ years of relevant experience in similar operational roles Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across global and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Operational Technology (OT), Cybersecurity. Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and industry frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, or similar standards. Understanding of manufacturing systems such as PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, historians, industrial networks, or related technologies. Experience working with risk management, vulnerability management, asset inventory, service management, cybersecurity governance processes. A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence without direct authority. Experience working in global environments and engaging with diverse teams and cultures. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes. Fluency in English. Work
