Our customers and installations are located worldwide.We guarantee excellence of our products, and services, and our first goal is the satisfaction of our customers and stakeholders.ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking high energy, dynamic and competitive professionals with a strong business acumen and natural sales instinct to join our Sales Team.You will build and maintain relationship with key assigned customers, with complete management of sales offers, orders, and aftersales activities.You will engage prospects in customer acquisition activities, and existing customers in business development initiatives.You will perform promotional activities with the goal of promoting the Cozzani brand, products, and services.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Inquiry request and reception, offer preparation and placing, getting feedback, and dealing on the offer, order check and acceptance, delivery instructions providingManaging the offers and orders through the ERPReporting the information related to the business, customers, prospects and competitorsIdentifying opportunities and customersAddressing sales activities to the targeted customer decision makers.Addressing promotional activities to targeted critical stakeholders.Selling products/services to target clients using company profiles, proposal, personalized presentations and more.Preparation of status reports, visit activity, pipeline status, follow-up, and adherence to goals.Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings worldwide.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Required:3+ years of experience in similar roleInterpersonal and team working skillsFluency in English: Advanced, both written and oralAdvanced knowledge of Excel and PowerpointDynamism, proactivity and flexibility is requiredAvailability to travel frequently even in remote locationsAvailability to work outside normal working hoursBS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics/BusinessProficiency in a second foreign language (German, French, Japanese, Korean)Technical knowledge of the Reciprocating Compressors and its auxiliaries1+ years working experience in Oil and Gas and/or Chemical IndustryExperience in using ERP and/or CRM systemsKnowledge of commercial and contractual languageExcellent sales, negotiation and customer relations skillsDriving license: BWHAT DO WE OFFER?Job grade/level and salary to be defined based on experienceThe search is open to candidates of all genders.WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT US?
