Il ruolo prevede un alto grado di responsabilità nella progettazione, sviluppo e realizzazione di sistemi automatizzati avanzati. Sarai parte di un team multidisciplinare, con l’obiettivo di fornire soluzioni innovative ed efficienti per i nostri clienti. Responsabilità Principali Ideare, sviluppare e gestire software di controllo (PLC) e sistemi SCADA di alta complessità. Effettuare collaudi e test avanzati, individuando opportunità di ottimizzazione e miglioramento continuo. Coordinare la redazione di documentazione tecnica dettagliata e supportare la formazione dei membri junior del team. Assistere i clienti durante commissioning, installazioni e interventi di manutenzione, con disponibilità a trasferte internazionali. Collaborare con il management per elaborare nuove soluzioni e definire strategie di innovazione tecnologica. Laurea in Ingegneria dell’Automazione o diploma in Automazione Industriale, con almeno 4 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi. Padronanza nello sviluppo di software PLC/SCADA su piattaforme come Siemens Simatic Step7, TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Beckhoff TwinCAT 3. Solide basi di informatica industriale (sistemi operativi, reti). Leadership spiccata, eccellenti capacità di problem solving e attitudine al lavoro in team. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e disponibilità a trasferte, anche frequenti. Requisiti Preferenziali (Plus) Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi, dal concept iniziale alla messa in servizio finale. Conoscenza di metodologie Agile o altre tecniche orientate all’efficienza dei processi. Familiarità con strumenti di realtà aumentata e sistemi di manutenzione predittiva. Contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione competitiva, commisurata all’esperienza e alle competenze. Flessibilità nell’uso dello smart working.
