Your Mission: We are looking for a motivated and strategic Senior IT Business Partner Supply Chain to join our international IT team In this role, you will partner with the Supply Chain organization to define and execute the technology roadmap across planning, logistics, purchasing, production, and quality management. Reporting to the IT leadership team, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and supporting the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enabling process improvements. Based in Milan, with frequent collaboration across Venchi’s regions, this role offers the opportunity to lead major IT initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams, supply chain managers, and external partners. Occasional travel to our office in Castelletto Stura (CN) and internationally may be required for projects and business meetings. Key Responsibilities : Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality functions to define the IT roadmap and identify opportunities for process optimization. Lead the design and implementation of ERP and related systems, ensuring robust configuration, customization, and integration with business processes. Oversee and drive major IT initiatives for the Supply Chain function, ensuring successful project delivery and tangible business outcomes. Provide subject matter expertise on ERP systems and recommend best practices to enhance planning, production, logistics, and quality processes. Ensure effective project management, including resource planning, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery of initiatives. Manage relationships with external vendors and strategic partners to guarantee high-quality delivery and service. Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry best practices, translating insights into actionable opportunities for the business. Support the adoption of new digital tools and ensure their value realization across the organization. The Ideal Candidate : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of proven experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle), ideally within FMCG or Retail. Strong expertise in ERP supply chain functionalities – Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is a plus. Proactive, self-motivated, and strategic, with a strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver impactful results. Strong communicator with the ability to foster relationships across business functions and external partners. Fluent in English (oral and written). Willingness to travel to Castelletto Stura and internationally for business and project needs.
