Job Description QIMAis seeking aBusiness Analystto help design,maintain, and optimise ourRevenue Operations processes,process maps, and integrations.This role sits at the intersection ofdata, process optimization, and business strategy, ensuring alignment across the revenue engine and enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.Therole is ideal for someonewithanalytical skills, systems-minded, comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams, andwho wants to support a fast-growing B2B services company. Key Responsibilities CustomerData:Documentprocesses to ingest contact and company data from all sources (web, CMS, email, social, search, legacy applications) and supportteams working onseamlessintegration into CRM and related systems, reducing friction for internal teams and customers. Scalability:Recommend simplification ofprocesses and workflows for efficient scaling as we expand.Support teams working to accelerate integration of newlyacquiredcompany systems and data. Problem-Solving:Translate complex challenges into practical solutions, breaking large projects into phases that deliver incremental value. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:Produce clear documentation, workflow diagrams,and deployment notes for proposed process changes.Support creation ofuser guides andusertraining. Testing & Deployment:Support QA, UAT,and change management processes.Assistwith release coordination and change rollouts to production with minimal disruption. Collaboration:Work in an agile/sprint cadence with CRM, web, and datateams;participatein planning, stand-ups,and retrospectives. Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product users to ensure solutions meet cross-functional needs. Qualifications 5+ years of experienceasa Business Analyst,preferably as part of a team focused onRevenue Operations, Sales Operations,CRMorasimilarprocess-focusedfunction Proven experience documenting business processes and workflows,with skillsforidentifyingpotential process improvements and opportunities to streamline ExperienceworkingwithCRMsystems(ideallyZohoCRM) andrelatedlead-to-cashtools Strongunderstandingof B2B revenuemodels, go-to-marketprocesses, and commercialoperations Demonstratedabilitytoworkcross-functionallywithcommercial andtechnicalstakeholders ExcellentEnglish-languagecommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoexplaincomplexconceptsclearlyto non-technicalaudiences Preferred: Experience in a fast-growing or multi-entity B2B environment Experience applying AI and automation to process mapping and documentation Exposure to change management, system migrations, or scaling operational processes Employment type:Part-timeflexible or fixed-term contractor role(hours negotiable; estimated20 hours/week) Additional Information If you're passionate about people and operations management, excel in multicultural environments, and are inspired to develop skills in performance management within a rapidly evolving landscape, we’d love to hear from you Please send your CV in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
