Front End Engineer II, Life Sciences Applied AI

Clinical trials are the most time‑consuming and costly step in bringing new drugs to market and we aim to automate and accelerate this process, resulting in better health outcomes for patients. It’s a new team working on a new product in a space that offers massive opportunity for AWS. Come be part of this 0→1 journey. We’re building an end‑user enterprise application (outside of the console) that orchestrates multiple AI agents to streamline the entire clinical trial process, from planning and monitoring to FDA submission. The team operates like a startup where we work with early beta customers to iterate quickly. We are looking for entrepreneurial FEEs to work on human↔AI Agent experiences, collaborating with product, design and science teams. As an enterprise user‑facing AI application, customer experience and design is key to the success of this new product. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
