Il nostro cliente è una storica azienda italiana, leader nella progettazione e produzione di impianti su commessa per diversi settori dell’industria della trasformazione. Attualmente parte di un fondo di private equity, l’azienda sta attraversando una fase di evoluzione organizzativa e ricerca un/una Head of Engineering Department per guidare il team tecnico e contribuire attivamente alla crescita e all’innovazione. Responsabilità principali Riportando direttamente al Chief Operating Officer, la figura avrà il compito di coordinare un team multidisciplinare composto da circa 20 professionisti (Progettazione Elettrica, Disegno Meccanico, Sviluppo Software, Layout, Chimica e Manualistica), garantendo l’efficienza e la qualità delle attività di progettazione tecnica. Le principali attività includono : Coordinare la progettazione tecnica delle commesse, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi. Gestire stakeholder interni ed esterni, facilitando la comunicazione tra clienti, ingegneri e tecnici. Supervisionare la redazione della documentazione tecnica, garantendo conformità normativa e legale. Pianificare e monitorare l’avanzamento dei progetti, gestendo risorse e fornitori. Analizzare le performance dei progetti e implementare azioni correttive quando necessario. Definire obiettivi e ambiti progettuali, assicurandone la fattibilità tecnica. Ottimizzare l’allocazione delle risorse e promuovere il miglioramento continuo. Requisiti richiesti Laurea in Ingegneria (industriale, gestionale, meccanica o elettrica); iscrizione all’Albo preferibile. Esperienza consolidata in ruoli analoghi, in contesti mediamente strutturati e orientati alla produzione su commessa. Eccellenti capacità di leadership, gestione del team e comunicazione. Attenzione al dettaglio e forte orientamento all’analisi dei dati. Competenze organizzative e gestionali, con capacità di lavorare su più fronti contemporaneamente. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Familiarità con software di progettazione elettrica e meccanica, inclusa la modellazione 3D. Capacità di operare in ambienti multiculturali e sotto pressione.
