MACCHINARI BARI Il nostro cliente è una nota azienda italiana di medie dimensioni, tra i leader nel mondo nel proprio settore, che da più di 30 anni progetta, realizza e commercializza macchinari in Italia e, soprattutto, all’estero. In fase di particolare sviluppo e per migliorare la propria offerta, ci ha incaricato della ricerca del TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (RIF. VEC 01/2026) che, rispondendo alla Direzione aziendale, dirige l’intero processo del servizio clienti, dal pre al post-vendita. Pianifica le strategie e le attività operative, gestendo un piccolo team, monitora il livello di soddisfazione del servizio e prepara relativi report per la Direzione. Più in dettaglio, dovrà: Pianificare le strategie e le attività operative del Service Redigere le procedure e ottimizzare i processi e coordinare la loro implementazione presso le filiali estere Minimizzare i tempi di risoluzione di problematiche per massimizzare la qualità del servizio offerto Analizzare le richieste dei clienti, monitorando il livello del servizio offerto attraverso strumenti quali, ad esempio, l’NPS Gestire ticketing, priorità, escalation e comunicazione proattiva con clienti, dealer e centri autorizzati Coordinare i dealer per ciò che riguarda le attività di Service e gestire le attività di training per i loro tecnici Gestire le campagne di richiamo proponendo eventuali azioni correttive Gestire il processo di garanzia e reportistica verso fornitori/OEM Ottimizzare il magazzino ricambi Il candidato ideale , laureato o diplomato ad indirizzo tecnico (ad esempio meccanica, elettronica o meccatronica), ha maturato alcuni anni di esperienza all’interno di aziende strutturate, in ruoli manageriali di assistenza post-vendita/technical customer service, in ambito macchinari industriali e/o automotive. Ha conoscenza di schemi elettrici/idraulici, ha familiarità con normative sicurezza macchine e documentazione tecnica (ad esempio manuali e procedure), è abituato ad utilizzare ERP e/o CRM, Field Service Management e sistemi di ticketing. Sono altresì necessarie l’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e la padronanza di Excel. Al di là della formazione e delle competenze tecniche, per ricoprire con successo la posizione sono necessarie doti di problem solving, capacità organizzative e di analisi, orientamento agli obiettivi, capacità di sviluppare relazioni durature con clienti e partner commerciali, la disponibilità a trasferte sia in Italia che all’estero.
