We're now looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in Region South (Italy). This role offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced finance professionals to contribute directly to our business performance and growth. Why You’ll Love This Role: Take ownership: Responsible for analysis, reporting, and monitoring of revenue and cost at country level, with real impact on business results. Collaborate across functions: Provide financial support to functional areas and work closely with sales and operational colleagues. Be a change driver: Identify cost optimization opportunities and initiate process improvement projects. Strategic involvement: Participate in budgeting and forecasting, supporting management decisions with actionable insights. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Finance & Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or business administration; experience in B2B sales organizations is a plus. Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in ERP systems (intermediate) and Microsoft 365 (advanced). Solid background in accounting and financial reporting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with fluency in English. Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively. What You Will Do Prepare and actively participate in monthly and annual management reporting. Perform monthly follow-up on business performance. Provide profitability analysis across product lines, segments, products, and customers. Control costs and search for optimization possibilities. Support budgeting and forecasting activities with functional areas. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization projects. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support the Finance department with related tasks.
