Business Automation Developer (Kogito, BPMN / DMN)Techson è alla ricerca di una mente tecnica, curiosa e orientata all’innovazione, pronta a disegnare il futuro dei processi aziendali sfruttando soluzioni cloud-native e strumenti di automazione avanzata.Cosa farai :Modellare e ottimizzare processi usando BPMN 2.0, capendo a fondo come orchestrare flussi reali e complessi.Gestire regole decisionali con DMN, Drools e Decision Tables—sei il punto di contatto tra logica e azione.Sfruttare Kogito: capire come si differenzia da jBPM tradizionale (cloud-native, event-driven) e padroneggiare i suoi componenti dal runtime, data index, task contro sino al Management Console.Sviluppare applicazioni con Quarkus (preferito) o Spring Boot, Maven e Java 11+, trasformando idee in microservizi scalabili.Lavorare con container (Docker / Podman), gestire deployment su Kubernetes / OpenShift usando Kogito Operator per massima automazione.Integrare REST API, Kafka e Cloud Events, connettendo sistemi eterogenei e orchestrando microservizi come un vero conductor.(Bonus) Integrare modelli predittivi PMML o pipeline AI / ML e portare la logica decisionale al livello successivo (risk scoring, ottimizzazione, routing).Modellare, testare, debuggare processi e regole, gestire versioning e CI / CD come routine, usando strumenti come Business Modeler, VS Code plugin, Red Hat Business Central.Documentare e comunicare efficacemente i flussi agli stakeholder business—sei ponte tra tech e valore concreto.Chi cerchiamo :Passione per BPMN, DMN e business automation: ti piace condividere best practice e imparare dai progetti più avanzati.Propensione al lavoro in team, empatia tecnica e capacità di tradurre esigenze business in soluzioni scalabili.Mentalità cloud-native, voglia di sperimentare e di portare valore tangibile attraverso l’automazione.Se ti riconosci nella descrizione, vuoi un lavoro full time (anche PIVA) e sei pronto / a a portare il business automation ad un altro livello, candidati ora#J-18808-Ljbffr
