Your role with us As the Products and Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations - keeping things organised, connected and running at peak efficiency for the Italian market. You will support the operational and product development activities of Stake Italy, working closely with the Operations team and the Sportsbook & Casino Manager, you’ll help coordinate projects, streamline processes and make sure communication flows seamlessly across the business. This role combines organisational and analytical work with cross‑department collaboration to ensure smooth operations, accurate certification processes, and effective planning of product and promotional activities for the Italian market. Assist in defining and executing the promotional calendar and campaign plans. Support the planning and tracking of product release roadmaps for both casino and sportsbook. Assist with daily operational activities related to the Stake.it platform. Partner with the Operations team to manage tasks, documentation, and tracking using tools such as Notion, Jira, Confluence, and Slack. Maintain and update operational documents, templates, and checklists to ensure process consistency. Gather and organize data from different teams to contribute to reporting and performance tracking. Support the onboarding/offboarding of vendors, game providers, and internal processes. Collaborate with multiple departments (CRM, Compliance, Product, Tech) to ensure alignment on releases and ongoing activities. Provide general support for ad‑hoc operational and product‑related projects. What you will bring 1–3 years of experience in operations, product support or similar roles (preferably in the iGaming or digital entertainment industry). Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in dynamic environments. Experience working with documentation, communication and tracking tools (Confluence, Jira, Notion, Slack, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Strong organisational and analytical mindset with attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proactive and curious attitude, eager to learn and contribute to team success.
