Advisory Solutions Italy is seeking a candidate to join the team as Junior Product Manager. The team supports the Wealth, Private, and Premium networks in building model portfolios and managing the fund offering, also from a product governance perspective. It creates and maintains client-ready marketing materials. Responsibilities Oversee the entire product governance process, including target market identification and monitoring, distribution strategy development, and periodic reviews. Participate in the product approval process, monitor products after market launch, follow corporate actions, and update the company intranet for relevant operations. Stay informed about the latest MiFID II guidelines and regulations, particularly regarding product governance. Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities. Monitor and analyze the performance of existing mutual fund products. Support the sales, Relationship Management & client service teams with client presentations and product updates, including providing subject matter expertise. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with product development teams, distribution channels, and other stakeholders. Skills and Requirements Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information to both internal and external stakeholders. Strong relational, interpersonal and communication skills, applicable across different organizational levels. Administrative and organizational mindset. Bachelor's Degree in either Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business or Management Engineering. C1 Cambridge certification or equivalent (mandatory). Strong understanding of financial products: Knowledge of various financial instruments and their characteristics. Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products. At least 2–4 years of experience in similar roles within bank or asset management. Excellent MS Office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
