We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail/phone calls. Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: On-site (Must be in Portugal or relocate) Relocation Support offered for international candidates Relocation assistance (flight reimbursement) Option to have accommodation included for cheap May also include between €1,000 and €2,000 signing bonus (depending on project and starting date) Requirements Italian C2 level English B2 level Customer‑Centric or Sales Attitude Excellent Communication Skills Problem‑Solving Abilities Adaptability: comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast‑paced work environment Basic Computer Skills Why Join Us Competitive compensation package.
