Every day more than 84 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Responsibilities Plans implements and drives CCM process within their project or program formalized in the CMPCreates and maintains the Configuration Strategy and publishes Configuration Baselines and Target ConfigurationsVerifies and releases components that will be considered as Configuration itemsMonitors the CM process and Configuration Status including reporting and KPIManages the Change ControlBoardsEnsures the end-to-end traceability of every change request including assignment to Baseline and / or Target ConfigurationReports CCM process performance (KPIs) and derivates and manages actionsEnsures the necessary Configuration and Change Management tools are in place including all interfaces (e.g. Partners)Supports analyzing reviewing and maintaining CCM related risks and opportunitiesEnsures that physical and functional CCM audits are performedEnsures configuration is formalized and adequate at any time to deliver the configuration and change documentation to the stakeholders (e.g. customer supplier partner)Requirements Graduate of University Degree in any of Engineering3 years experience in Configuration & Change managementProfound understanding of Configuration & Change Management and how its related processes such as Requirements Management Data Management and Document Control inter-relate with the Business ProcessesExperiences in working in an international environmentFluent English language skillsFluent Italian language skillsLeadership skillsFunctional team management skillsDesiderable : Experiences in Business Process Management Project Management Risk Management Supply Chain Engineering and IndustrializationKnowledge of the Alstom standard information systems of the digital chain (SAP PLM Change Tools etc.)You dont need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
