Overview Position Title: Clinic Director – Physical Therapist | Outpatient Leadership Opportunity Location: Florence, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic Travel Requirement: None – Onsite Leadership Role Position Overview Our well-established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Florence, AZ is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide a multidisciplinary team, manage clinic operations, and deliver exceptional patient care—all while maintaining a balanced, reduced clinical caseload. This is an ideal position for a clinician who wants to advance into leadership without the administrative and financial demands of private practice ownership. Schedule Three Days/Week: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Two Days/Week: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM No weekends or on-call Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $115,000 – $150,000+ annually (depending on experience) Incentive Bonus: $30,000 – $60,000 annually (RVU-based) Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (Aetna) 401(k) with 4% employer match (eligibility after 12 months) $750 annual CEU reimbursement Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of vacation 5 sick days Paid company holidays Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative functions Lead, mentor, and support both clinical and administrative team members Maintain a reduced clinical caseload while providing top-quality patient care Ensure compliance with documentation standards, EMR accuracy, and quality benchmarks Implement process improvements and quality initiatives aligned with clinic objectives Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with leadership on growth strategies Promote a collaborative, patient-centered clinic culture Support professional development through mentorship and continuing education Qualifications Required: Licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona (or eligibility prior to start date) Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills Dedication to evidence-based, patient-centered care Preferred: Prior leadership or management experience in an outpatient setting How to Apply If you are a driven Physical Therapist ready to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact, we encourage you to apply.
