It will expand our product and service offering, enhance the customer experience, strengthen our market positioning, and create new growth and revenue opportunities for both Leroy Merlin and its business partners.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a customer-obsessed Marketplace Team Leader to join Leroy Merlin Italy, driving the growth of the Marketplace and leading a team of Key Account and New Account Managers. Reporting to the Head of Marketplace Italy, you will support the development of medium and large sellers, lead strategic growth initiatives, and deepen your expertise in e-commerce. As a strategic partner for sellers, you will play a key role in enhancing customer and seller experience and integrating the Marketplace into Leroy Merlin’s core processes. The position is based in Milan.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead, motivate and develop a team of Key Account Managers and New Account Managers to achieve Marketplace objectivesAnalyze trends, performance and market data (forecasting, sales, KPIs) to identify category growth opportunities and improve Customer ExperienceCoordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, IT, Retail and Finance, working also with the Adeo headquarters on strategic initiativesDrive business analysis to meet and exceed revenue, profitability and operational performance targetsBuild and manage the commercial pipeline, lead negotiations and recruit high-potential SellersAct as a business partner for Sellers, providing data-driven insights and strategic support to maximize their success on the Marketplace✅ QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS5–7 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCGMaster’s degree in Business, Engineering or related fieldsProven experience in leading and developing teamsStrong results orientation, entrepreneurial mindset and hands‑on attitudeExcellent analytical skillsStrong negotiation, commercial and stakeholder management abilitiesSolid interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in fast-changing and dynamic environmentsFluent in Italian and EnglishLeroy Merlin is an equal opportunity employer.
