Job DescriptionKey Account Sales and New Business Manager you are a cornerstone to realize our growth ambitions in Italy. You will contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities in the market, building and maintaining a relevant network of distribution partners (e.g. rental and security firms). You will work closely with our marketing team, as well as supporting marketing activities, e.g. by giving company presentations and attending trade fairs. You’ll work very closely with the Sales Manager Italy to drive commercial growth and with other members of the Operations Team to attend to customer’s queries. Your role is key to delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service.ResponsibilitiesDirectly responsible for driving sales growth by building sales partnershipsGive company presentations, new business development related activities and attend trade fairsDevelop and nurture new and existing customers and enter into partnerships by building and maintaining your own relationship network and/or following up commercial opportunities to ensure a lasting bond between the customer and BauWatch, by responding to partners’ and customers’ needsAdvise the Sales Manager, Product Management and Group Management on opportunities and threats in the market and possible adjustment of the commercial strategy based on your own experiences and data collectedSupport the Direct Sales Team in acquisition of new customersRequirementsSales experience: Bachelor education with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experienceWillingness to travel around ItalyPrevious experience of work or relationships in the construction, renewables or security industryPreferably you have an existing network in construction, rental and/or renewableTechnology skillsGood knowledge of MS Office programsPreferably experience with CRM systems, such as SalesforceLanguage skillsNative Italian speakerAdvanced (conversational) English skills for internal communicationDriver license: Full, valid driving licenseKey QualitiesIndependent: Able to carry out your own work properly and solve problems without supervision from othersCustomer focus: Listens to the wishes and needs of the customer and adapts working method accordingly, prioritises service and client satisfactionMotivated & target driven: Highly committed, willing to go the extra mile to achieve goalsFriendly team player: Ability to be an active part of a fast-growing team with a can‑do approach, promotes mutual open communication and relationships and support othersQuality-oriented: Committed to achieving and maintaining the intended quality, strives for improvement, convinces others of the importance of qualityFlexibility: Can easily adapt to a changing environment, working methods, working hours, tasks, responsibilities and behaviours of othersWhat We OfferA challenging role with a high degree of freedom and flexibility as part of a disruptive and fast-growing international businessA collaborative environment: you will work with passionate and talented people who value teamworkFull onboarding planRemuneration package with bonus scheme based on resultsCompany carMeal voucherHealth insurance planApplyQuickly apply by submitting a short cover letter (incl. salary expectations) and your CV.
