Alfa Edu is expanding its sales team in the training & professional education sector and are looking for experienced Sales Agents (Partita IVA) who want a pure performance-based opportunity with real earning potential. This is not a salaried position. This is for professionals who know how to sell and want to be paid accordingly. If you close, you earn well. If you don’t, there is no downside for either side. Who we are looking for Active Partita IVA Proven sales experience (services, training, SaaS, B2B or B2C) Fluent English and Italian speaker Comfortable with commission-only models Self-driven, disciplined, results-oriented Not afraid of accountability Reality check This role is ideal if: you want full upside, you trust your ability to close, you prefer performance over fixed salary.
