Luogo di lavoro: Trieste MAW S.p.A. Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Trieste per azienda specializzata nello sviluppo di software gestionali dedicati al settore automotive, un Customer Support con esperienza nel settore automotive (preferibilmente proveniente da concessionarie o ruoli affini). La persona lavorerà da remoto, e svolgerà trasferte frequenti nel Nord-Italia. Mansioni principali: Formare i clienti sull'utilizzo del software gestionale per la gestione amministrativa, magazzino e vendita auto; Effettuare trasferte nel Nord Italia (circa 2 settimane al mese) per sessioni di formazione onsite presso i clienti; Fornire supporto tecnico a distanza e assistenza continua ai clienti; Collaborare con il team interno per migliorare il prodotto e risolvere eventuali problematiche. Requisiti: Esperienza pregressa nel settore automotive (concessionarie, vendita auto, ecc.); Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti nel Nord Italia; Buone capacità comunicative e attitudine alla formazione; Interesse e predisposizione all'apprendimento di software gestionali; Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, scritta e parlata.
