ActivitiesManagement of SCADA / EMS / DMS / SAS projects, starting from an initial assessment and gap analysis of the existing infrastructures, as well as of the applications and platforms operated at the TSOs and DSOs premises, passing through conceptual design and detailed functional specification. Management of activities including detailed design review and participation to FAT and SAT. Be responsible for the organization of the data acquisition on site and surveillance to the installation, management and operation of all the corresponding equipment, as well as for the coordination, execution, monitoring and evaluation of all testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of the new SCADA / EMS / DMS / SAS system, with also possible support to trial operation of the system itself.
