You'll own the design, testing, and qualification of mission‑critical hardware across the full product lifecycle.Working closely with the Head of Embedded Systems, you'll prototype new designs, validate them through rigorous testing, and support the production processes that take space hardware from concept to orbit.This role suits a hands‑on electronics engineer with strong prototyping and test experience who wants meaningful impact in a multidisciplinary environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and prototype embedded electronics for spacecraft and related ground systems.Develop and conduct design validation and flight qualification tests.Plan and execute engineering and qualification testing of electronic subsystems.Formulate, verify, and iterate on engineering concepts and design improvements.Collaborate with production teams on manufacturing and integration processes.Contribute to the ongoing evolution of embedded systems architecture.Essential Skills and ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Automation, Robotics, or a similar field.2+ years' professional experience in autonomous electronics design (space or scientific hardware experience highly valued).Proven ability to design, build, and test electronics independently.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Collaborative team player with excellent communication in English.Preferred QualificationsExperience programming microcontrollers for prototyping.Knowledge of space engineering physics, including radiation, vacuum, and thermal effects on electronics.Familiarity with ESA or ECSS standards for design, assembly, and testing of electronic systems.Background in space industry environments or high-reliability electronics manufacturing.Offered is a competitive salary, plus flexible working and strong benefits, including meal vouchers when on-site.If you're ready to prototype electronics that power the next generation of spacecraft, apply now or send your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
