Directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users: Setting up PC workplaces, installations, migrations and rollouts. User administration via Active Directory. User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues. Deal with stock / asset management. Provide support on meeting room / conferencing room. Provide smart hand support for Server and network devices. Exceed user expectations with creative solutions and a service‑orientated approach.
