Demand Planner Woman & Man (Maternity Leave) Reference FEND04198Job title Demand Planner Woman & Man (Maternity Leave)The Demand Planning Team is looking for a Demand Planner to manage downstream supply chain activities for the entire WW Woman & Man business for the LG, Accessories, Shoes and RTW categories. Based in Rome, within the Supply Chain Department, the Demand Team has the aim of guaranteeing the correct availability of the Timeless products in Retail and apply the merchandise and product strategy of the Brand.Job responsibilitiesDevelop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizonsReview historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast resultsInteract with Central Merchandising, to understand and adjust demand forecast drivers for both Permanent and Cross Seasonal productsUse the Demand Planning software (Anaplan) as the primary forecasting and sales simulation toolInteract with Sales Planning team to align bottom up and top-down forecastProduct Catalogue analysis to drive efficiency in terms of stock and coverageManage worldwide inventory, optimizing product availability and coverage also providing max number of stores by SKU and size grid by ZoneEnsure steady availability on permanent product providing reorders, vectors and priority to Supply Planning teamsSupport the team in monthly activities (S&OP; stock projection; stock tension; SC KPI, Coverage report; wholesale orders optimization)ProfileDegree in Engineering, Economics or similar fieldsAt least 2-3 years’ experience in Luxury or Fashion industryGood knowledge of supply chain processesKnowledge of Demand Planning software such as Anaplan or SAPStrong analytical Excel and PowerBI skillsDemonstrated proficiency in analytics and forecasting methodsFluent in English; French a plusFlexible and able to deal with ambiguityEnthusiastic about teamwork and willing to collaborate to achieve common goalsLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person’s singularities.
