Overview Join to apply for the PROJECT ENGINEER - TAPI (ID-99950) role at AFOL Milano -Agenzia per la formazione, l'orientamento e il lavoro Location VILLLANTERIO (PV) Responsibilities Definire gli User Requirements e tradurli nella documentazione tecnica di progetto (P&ID, layout, datasheet, specifiche meccaniche ed elettro-strumentali). Garantire la corretta interpretazione delle esigenze operative e tradurle in soluzioni tecniche adeguate Confrontare e valutare le offerte dei fornitori dal punto di vista tecnico. Strutturare e riepilogare gli aspetti economici per consentire all’Ufficio Acquisti di procedere con le negoziazioni commerciali. Definire, aggiornare e monitorare il GANTT dei progetti assegnati, assicurando il rispetto delle scadenze e dei requisiti qualitativi. Segnalare tempestivamente eventuali deviazioni e proporre azioni correttive. Mantenere un flusso di comunicazione costante con tutte le funzioni aziendali coinvolte nei progetti (Produzione, Manutenzione, Qualità, HSE). Organizzare riunioni di allineamento periodiche per garantire la condivisione dello stato di avanzamento. Gestire i rapporti con i fornitori per coordinare le attività di progettazione e le attività in campo. Assicurare il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche e dei tempi di consegna. Coordinare le attività di start-up, collaudo e qualificazione dei nuovi impianti e delle nuove apparecchiature, in collaborazione con i reparti tecnici e di qualità. Collaborare con il reparto Manutenzione nelle iniziative di miglioramento continuo dei processi e nell’implementazione di soluzioni tecniche innovative. Garantire il pieno rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e qualità in tutte le fasi del progetto, in stretta collaborazione con i dipartimenti HSE e QA. Promuovere una cultura di sicurezza e responsabilità tecnica in tutte le attività operative. Profile Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Chimica). Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in contesti industriali rilevanti Conoscenza dei principali sistemi di Quality Management (GMP, GDP, Data Integrity) Conoscenza dei principi (EHS) e delle principali normative locali Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese. Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione interfunzionale.
