We've raised €8M to expand our intelligent document processing and transaction analysis solutions across Italy, Germany, UK, and USA.TasksThe roleWe are looking for a senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead commercial growth in the UK market.This is a hands‑on, outcome‑driven role, ideal for an experienced sales leader who wants flexibility while driving real revenue impact. You will work closely with the Founders to build pipeline, convert opportunities, and shape our UK go‑to‑market strategy.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will:Leverage your existing UK network to open doors with banks, digital lenders, neobanks, and fintech platformsOwn the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, commercial negotiation, and closingDrive POCs, pilots, and early client launches in collaboration with Product and OperationsAct as a trusted commercial partner to the Founders on UK GTM, pricing, and positioningProvide structured market feedback to refine ICPs, value proposition, and sales playbooksRepresent Prestatech in senior‑level commercial discussions and partnershipsRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in fintech or B2B SaaS salesProven track record selling complex, regulated solutions to UK financial institutionsA strong, active personal network across banks, lenders, or credit‑focused fintechsExperience navigating long enterprise sales cyclesCommercially sharp, self‑directed, and comfortable with ownershipFluent EnglishBenefitsEngagement & CompensationThis role is open to both:Fractional / contractor engagement (part‑time, outcome‑driven), orFull‑time employment on an open‑ended contract, directly with PrestatechThe structure will be defined together based on the candidate’s experience, availability, and expected market impact.
