The essence of this role is to develop a holistic view of the category and how our brands can lead category growth and pursue their purpose.**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE*** Developing category vision and action plan to lead the category growth (not only for U brands);* Achieving Unilever financial targets, with ownership of Profit & Loss management and forecasting;* Building an effective and holistic Below The Line activity plan;* Responsibility for sell out performances and market analysis;* Setting sales conditions and trade investment.**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED****Experiences & Qualifications*** At least 2 years of experience in Customer Business Development, Customer Strategy Planning or Marketing role.* Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Studies or Science. Master's degree would be a plus.**Skills*** Open minded and curious.* Good knowledge of category and retailers dynamics.* Analytical skills.* Fluent English.**Leadership*** You are energized by delivering fantastic results. You are an example to others – both your results and your resilience. You are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way.* As an individual you are the one responsible for your own wellbeing and delivering high standards of work. You must also focus on the Consumer and what they need.
