Job Title: Field Service Engineer Location: Levico Terme (TN) Field Service Engineer è il ruolo che svolge presso i clienti attività di installazione, collaudo, formazione e riparazione di macchine e sistemi di automazione di BLMGROUP. Il ruolo richiede una forte preparazione tecnica (in ambito elettrotecnico, meccanico o meccatronico), buone doti relazionali e organizzative, disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all’estero. Responsabilità Garantire l’efficacia e l’efficienza del servizio di Assistenza tecnica; Contribuire a migliorare la qualità del servizio fornito al cliente; Mantenere un elevato livello di qualità dei prodotti BLMGROUP installati presso il cliente. Attività Svolgimento di attività di assistenza tecnica post‑vendita presso il cliente, e in particolare: installazioni e collaudi; riparazioni e manutenzioni preventive; ricerca guasti e manutenzioni straordinarie; Svolgimento di attività di Formazione – in sede e presso i clienti (Italia ed estero) – sull’utilizzo e la manutenzione dei prodotti BLMGROUP (SW e macchine); Monitoraggio dei livelli di efficacia ed efficienza del Servizio Assistenza Tecnica in un’ottica di miglioramento continuo del Servizio fornito al cliente; Supporto alla gestione ottimale dei pezzi di ricambio, al fine di migliorare gli esiti degli interventi presso i clienti, dialogando con la sede. Requisiti fondamentali Preparazione scolastica a orientamento tecnico (diploma o laurea triennale in Elettrotecnica/ Meccanica/ Meccatronica); Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (livello B1/B2); Disponibilità a svolgere frequenti trasferte, in Italia e all’estero (trasferte di massimo 2 settimane consecutive, il Tecnico di Assistenza svolge in trasferta circa il 70% del tempo di lavoro annuo). Requisiti preferenziali Esperienza pregressa in ruoli tecnici afferenti alla produzione o alla manutenzione di macchine o impianti industriali; Conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera, preferibilmente tedesco o francese.
