We are seeking a Grid Project Manager to join a leading Renewables team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of grid connection projects and make a tangible impact on renewable energy development in Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the connection process with grid operators and oversee technical and strategic aspects for the Development TeamSupport tender processes for grid interconnection works: define scope, evaluate responses, and select contractorsDevelop and maintain effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultantsSupport contract preparation to ensure compliance with company requirementsCoordinate internally with finance, legal, technical, and procurement teams during project assessment, due diligence, and implementationIdentify and evaluate emerging technologies to optimize grid connection solutionsEstimate costs and schedule activities for grid interconnection worksReview quality control plans and inspection programs of EPC/subcontractorsConduct site surveys, audits, and participate in commissioning phasesManage and supervise engineering and construction activities, coordinating with Project Managers and Site EngineersRequirementsBSc/MEng in Civil or Electrical Engineering (MEng preferred)Minimum 3 years of project management experience in grid worksFluency in Italian and EnglishKnowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil EngineeringExperience with HV substation construction and grid works with E-distribuzione (advantageous)Familiarity with the Italian Grid Connection Process (TICA)Experience in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, batteries)Proficiency in AUTOCADPrevious working experience in ItalyStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsWhat We OfferComprehensive remuneration packageProfessional and collaborative work environmentContinuous training and development opportunitiesFlexible cooperation model promoting creativity, innovation, and fast resultsApply today or contact Arthur Mahoney for more information.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesStaffing and RecruitingLocation: Milan, Lombardy, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
