Per ampliare il nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di una figura professionale motivata e orientata al servizio: Guest Relation / Concierge Il/la candidato/a sarà incaricato/a di: Creare un servizio di accoglienza caloroso, educato, cortese e indimenticabile; Contattare ogni cliente, agenzia o tour operator prima dell’arrivo e assistere nella pianificazione del soggiorno (ristoranti, attività, trattamenti, prenotazioni di spettacoli, documentazione e consigli turistici, trasporti, ecc.); Gestire la distribuzione delle in rooms amenities, delle attenzioni personalizzate e dei servizi dedicati agli ospiti in occasione di ricorrenze speciali; Comunicare costantemente con tutti i reparti dell’hotel per assicurare un’esperienza eccellente in ogni fase del soggiorno; Contribuire alla creazione di database informativi (attualità, mostre, indirizzi utili, eventi, ristoranti di tendenza, ecc.); Garantire un elevato livello di qualità del servizio, in linea con gli standard previsti dalla struttura (LQA). Requisiti desiderati Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative; Forte orientamento al cliente e al problem solving; Conoscenza fluente dell’italiano, del francese e dell’inglese; è gradita la conoscenza di un’ulteriore lingua sarà considerata un plus; Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione interdipartimentale; Cura del dettaglio, riservatezza e spirito di iniziativa.
