Junior Project Management Coordinator

Company: Marsh Description We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transformation & Change team at Marsh Italia. This role will be based in the Milan office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The Transformation & Change team is composed of experienced project managers and business analysts who collaborate closely to drive strategic initiatives across the organization. Together, they lead key projects that shape the future of Marsh Italia's operations, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous improvement in a dynamic multinational environment. We will count on you to : Support and take ownership of coordinating projects to ensure their successful completion, including defining project plans, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and external partners such as carriers. Allocate tasks within project teams to keep all activities and deliverables on track and aligned with the project schedule. Review regular progress reports from the team and prepare summaries for leadership to facilitate informed decision-making. Facilitate and guide decision-making processes to maintain steady project progress and achieve agreed‑upon objectives. Assist in developing, improving, and monitoring project management methodologies to ensure efficient workflows and successful delivery aligned with organizational standards. Identify potential issues early, elevate them promptly, and support the implementation of effective remediation plans. Build and maintain strong working relationships with business, operations, IT, and vendor technical teams to address implementation challenges, manage risks, and uphold a robust change control process. Focus on project delivery from both technical and user adoption perspectives to ensure full realization of project benefits. Take ownership of change readiness by helping design and execute change management, communication, and training strategies aligned with project goals. Promote consistent standards of delivery excellence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
