Service Engineer in Europe

Responsibilities1) Familiar with glass tempering furnace;2) 3 years of relevant experience in glass tempering furnace service is preferred3) Based in Europe and responsible for installation and after-sales service of glass tempering machine in Europe.4) Provide professional installation, maintenance and troubleshooting service for European customers.5) Provide rapid and knowledgeable response to all customers’ requests.6) Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.7) Additionally, for candidates who demonstrate outstanding performance in the service role and meet the relevant assessment criteria, there will be a great opportunity to transition to a sales position in the future based on personal career aspirations and company business needs.Job Requirements1) University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills3) Excellent problem-solving ability4) Practical field experience in heavy machinery installation and after-sales service5) Knowledge and experience of glass industry is highly desired7) High mobility, willingness to travel across Europe.Please note: Please make sure you meet all the job requirements before you apply for this position.
