Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoroDirector of Renewable Projects Development – ItalyLocation: Italy (flexible / remote-based)A leading international Renewable Energy IPP is seeking an experienced Director of Renewable Projects Development to lead and deliver a substantial and growing utility‑scale portfolio across Italy.This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for progressing projects from post-investment decision through to ready‑to‑build (RTB) status. You will oversee permitting, grid connection, land, offtake and stakeholder engagement, while managing a local development team and working closely with international headquarters and partners.With a multi‑GW pipeline spanning solar, wind and energy storage, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of nationally significant projects and play a pivotal role in Italy's energy transition.The RoleLead the execution of a large‑scale renewable energy pipeline across Italy from post‑origination to RTB.Manage and develop a team of project managers, setting clear goals, timelines and budgetsOwn relationships with key stakeholders including ministries, regions, grid operators and permitting authorities.Coordinate external partners such as co‑developers, consultants, legal and engineering advisors.Oversee project budgets, schedules, risk management and reporting.Act as the key interface between the Italian business and international headquarters.What We're Looking ForExtensive experience (typically 15+ years) in renewable energy project development in ItalyStrong track record delivering utility‑scale solar, wind and/or storage projectsDeep knowledge of Italian permitting, interconnection and land frameworksProven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environmentsFluent Italian and EnglishComfortable working in an international, fast‑moving organisationWhat's On OfferSenior, high‑impact role with strategic ownership of a major Italian pipelineFlexible, remote‑based working within ItalyCompetitive salary and bonusStock OptionsMonthly car allowanceMonthly household allowanceHome office setup allowanceAnnual health insurance allowanceNet per diem for business travel within EuropeLong‑term career potential within a growing European platformThis role would suit an experienced renewable energy leader looking to combine strategic influence, team leadership and project delivery within a well‑capitalised, international developer committed to sustainable energy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
