La nuova holding svolge la funzione di capogruppo di due grandi realtà come il Gruppo Comifar, leader della distribuzione intermedia e ADMENTA Italia, leader di mercato nel settore delle farmacie. In questo modo, PHOENIX Pharma Italia detiene una leadership incontrastata sia nella distribuzione intermedia , con 25 magazzini, sia nel settore retail , con oltre 1.000 farmacie di proprietà e in franchising sul territorio e un milione di cittadini serviti ogni mese. Una posizione di privilegio per sostenere e aumentare la qualità delle soluzioni e l’eccellenza dei servizi nel mercato italiano. Stiamo cercando un / una Space Allocator & Business Analyst dinamico / a e appassionato / a per unirsi al nostro team. In questo ruolo, collaborerai a stretto contatto con il team Category e riporterai direttamente al Senior Category Personal Care. Le tue principali responsabilità includeranno : Gestione del processo di creazione e implementazione dei planogrammi con l’utilizzo del software Spaceman; Analisi dettagliate dei dati di mercato e di sell-out per ottimizzare l'allocazione degli spazi; Analisi della performance dei prodotti e degli spazi allocati, proponendo modifiche e miglioramenti al team Category; Revisioni e manutenzione continua degli assortimenti in base ad accordi quadro con l'industria; Coordinamento con la supply chain per il monitoraggio dell'arrivo ordini dei prodotti a planogramma. Qualifiche richieste Laurea preferibilmente in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini; Forti capacità analitiche e orientamento ai dati; Passione per il settore retail, con un interesse particolare per la dermocosmetica (considerato un plus); Ottime capacità relazionali; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata); Competenza avanzata nell'utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel.
