OverviewQuality & Compliance Manager (EMEA Sub‑Regional Lead) provides quality support across multiple sites in the EMEA region for a specific client account. The role ensures that all work performed by JLL facilities management teams, project teams and subcontractors at client sites follows service agreements, quality agreements, ISO 9001:2015, cGxP and JLL and client procedures.Essential FunctionsImplement and maintain JLL ISO 9001 QMS and cGxP requirements on the account.Serve as the account quality contact and subject matter expert (SME) in the sub‑region.Ensure training compliance through document reviews, self‑assessments and audits.Prepare and manage quality documentation (SOPs, change control, quality agreements, training materials, investigations, CAPA).Lead and support quality related complaints, change controls, deviations, investigations, root cause analysis (RCAs) and CAPAs.Perform qualification of cGxP impacting vendors and maintain the account approved supplier list (ASL).Represent JLL during client‑related audits (internal, certification, external audits and regulatory inspections).Support regional account quality reviews, status reports and critical quality‑related performance measurements.Mentor, develop and train account team members on quality and compliance matters.Coordinate and standardise quality practices across sites in the sub‑region to ensure consistency in compliance and performance.QualificationsBSc degree in life science, engineering or equivalent.Minimum five (5) years of experience in quality and/or compliance in engineering, facilities management, production, operations, lab operations or equivalent.Prior experience working in a GMP environment (pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology).Experience leading investigations, change control, root cause analysis (RCAs) and CAPAs in a regulated environment.Strong leadership experience and ability to interact at all levels.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and GMP standards and EMEA cGxP regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Travel to EMEA sites as required (regular travel).BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.
