Position Technical Support for Southern Europe – Remote (Ideally Florence, Rome or Napoli) Responsibilities Communicate with sales teams to promote the transformation of business opportunities. Complete quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets. Timely communicate with customers to solve pre‑sales problems and provide solutions when necessary. Support analysis of regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information. Support dynamic research and analysis on market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industrial science and technologies. Business travel when required to support client meetings and company events. Support other business requirements when needed. Qualifications PhD / M.S. in molecular biology, genetics or related majors. Experience in high‑throughput sequencing is preferred. Outstanding listening, verbal and written English communication skills. Be proactive, have pioneering spirit, ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills.
