We are seeking an M&A Manager to support the acquisition, financial evaluation, and investment analysis of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Italy.The role sits within a lean and fast-moving team and offers hands‑on exposure to transactions from origination through to investment decision and execution. The company operates a highly flexible working model, with typically one day per week in the Milan office.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport M&A and investment activities for renewable energy assets across ItalyBuild, maintain, and review financial models for BESS opportunities, greenfield and brownfield assetsPerform valuation and investment analysis for asset and portfolio acquisitionsSupport transaction execution and prepare investment committee materials, internal memos, and presentationsSupport portfolio refinancing and optimisation activities where requiredWork closely with development, business development, and finance teamsCoordinate with external advisors during transaction processesRequirements6+ years of experience in renewable energy investment, M&A, or project financeStrong experience within the Italian renewable energy marketProven exposure to Solar PV transactions; BESS experience is highly desirableSolid financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skillsExperience supporting asset acquisitions and transaction processesDegree in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldCFA qualification or progress towards CFA is a plusFluent Italian and professional working proficiency in EnglishComfortable working in a start‑up, fast‑paced, and hands‑on environmentIf you are a motivated renewable energy professional ready to make an impact in Italy’s energy transition, please apply via the link or contact Georgia Sumnall at J-18808-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr
