We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist with a strong background in analytical validation to support our expanding API Quality department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in an international environment and is motivated to grow into leadership and resource-management responsibilities. Responsibilities:Perform and document analytical method validation with an emphasis on API testing.Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC, GC, and mass spectrometry systems to ensure reliable and compliant data output.Execute routine and advanced analyses using core laboratory instrumentation to support product release and stability programs.Collaborate with global teams to contribute to large-scale analytical validation projects.Ensure all QC activities meet internal quality standards and regulatory expectations.What you bring:3+ years experience in quality control or related fields - analytical validation using chromatographic and mass-spectrometric systems is of preference.Strong understanding of core analytical equipment and routine lab operationsPrevious experience working with or integrating analytical data through APIs is requiredEagerness to join a high-performing team involved in international validation projects, with the opportunity to develop into a leadership position.Master's degree in a scientific discipline (chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field).Strong Italian & English communication skills, both spoken and writtenDependability, clarity in communication, teamwork, and a transparent working styleWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation aligned with experience.Opportunities to participate in global projects and develop into team-management or resource-oversight roles.A supportive environment built on collaboration, precision, and professional growth.
