Un nostro cliente, attivo nel settore fotovoltaico è alla ricerca di un Senior Project Manager – Construction esperto per guidare la costruzione e la messa in esercizio di impianti PV. La figura sarà responsabile della gestione tecnica e operativa dei progetti, del coordinamento dei fornitori e del rispetto dei requisiti contrattuali e normativi, garantendo la realizzazione degli impianti secondo standard di qualità, sicurezza e performance.Responsabilità principaliMonitorare e gestire la costruzione di progetti fotovoltaici di medio-grande taglia;Supervisionare gli aspetti tecnici e prestazionali degli impianti, validando la performance dei nuovi impianti, le obbligazioni dei contractor e le garanzie di prodotto / contratto, ottimizzando la performance degli impianti PV e minimizzando rischi e guasti;Gestire più progetti contemporaneamente;Verificare e approvare i punch list di costruzione;Ricevere e controllare i report dei contractor e fornire al project sponsor / cliente informazioni dettagliate sul progresso dei lavori e sulle performance degli impianti;Gestire garanzie di prodotto e pratiche assicurative, quando richiesto;Assicurare il rispetto delle normative di salute, sicurezza e ambiente;Interagire con i Technical Advisors dei finanziatori o del cliente;Supervisionare l'ingegneria dei nuovi impianti, affrontando problematiche o individuando risorse interne per la loro risoluzione;Valutare fornitori EPC e O&M da un punto di vista tecnico;Gestire altri processi o interfacce necessari per il raggiungimento del COD (Genio Civile, AdE, gestore di rete, ecc.).RequisitiEsperienza come Project Manager nel settore dei sistemi fotovoltaici;Più di 10 anni di esperienza nella realizzazione di grandi progetti PV;Comprovata esperienza nella gestione della costruzione di impianti PV;Elevato livello di qualità nell'esecuzione dei progetti;Esperienza in gare d'appalto e negoziazioni;Background tecnico, preferibilmente in ingegneria elettrica;Buone capacità comunicative (fluente in inglese e italiano);Capacità di problem solving sia per questioni di personale sia per problemi tecnici di progetto;Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione della documentazione;Disponibilità a viaggiare regionalmente in base alla localizzazione dei progetti.#J-18808-Ljbffr
