Permits & Authorizations Coordinator - ATM Installations & Branding The Permits & Authorizations Coordinator - ATM Installations and Branding is responsible for securing all necessary municipal, regional, and national permits required for the deployment of ATM machines and Branding installation in Italian urban centers.This role involves liaising with local authorities, ensuring compliance with Italian zoning laws, urban planning regulations, and public safety standards, and coordinating with internal teams, Sales and Operation, and third parties to ensure timely and lawful installation of ATM infrastructure and Branding.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and manage all permitting requirements for ATM installations in compliance with Italian urban planning and construction codesPrepare and submit permit applications to municipal offices (Comune), regional authorities, and relevant regulatory bodiesLiaise with local government departments (e.g. Edilizia Privata, SUAP, Polizia Municipale) to facilitate approvalsMonitor changes in Italian legislation affecting public infrastructure and ATM deploymentCoordinate with operations, sales teams and third parties to align permitting timelines with project and new ATM installations schedulesRepresent the company in meetings with city officials, public hearings, and community consultationsEnsure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g. DM 236/1989), safety norms, and environmental regulationsGeneral RequirementsBachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Public Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in permitting, regulatory frameworks, or infrastructure deployment in ItalyProven experience working with Italian municipalities and regional authoritiesFluency in Italian, and good command of written and verbal EnglishCompetenciesStrong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with public authoritiesAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines across different municipalitiesProject Management skillsBenefitsWork in a dynamic, stable, international environmentExcellent career prospects within a multinational organization with leading position in the market and ambitious expansion plansSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeIndustries Technology, Information and InternetReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Euronet EFT Segment by 2xGet notified about new Permit Coordinator jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
