Join to apply for the Product Development Engineer Extremities role at Enovis .What You'll DoWe are currently seeking a Product Development Engineer to join our Research & Development team, specifically within the Extremities anatomical division in San Daniele Po, Lombardy, Italy.Main ResponsibilitiesParticipate in meetings with Key Opinion Leaders to gather project requirements and contribute to the preparation of presentations based on project progress.Analyze project requirements and translate them into project inputs, validation, and verification requirements.Create 2D and 3D drawings, including stack analysis, aimed at developing prototypes and final products, starting from the Product Plan.Define product codes for label creation.Ensure design feasibility and collaborate with manufacturing to transition feasibility prototypes into pre-series production, proactively addressing potential production issues and applying design-for-manufacturing principles.Manage drawing archiving, project change form handling, and creation of all technical documentation required for registration and production.Support workflow analysis and creation based on project inputs.Define technical specifications, test plans and protocols (worst-case analysis, FEM analysis), critically review test reports and tolerances, and manage project change forms.Update and maintain data within the PLM system.Education & ExperienceMaster’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials).At least 2 years of experience in mechanical design.Previous experience in the medical device sector is a plus.Other SkillsExcellent written and spoken Italian and English.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of technical and mechanical drawing.Teamwork skills.Proactivity.Accuracy and attention to detail.Willingness to learn new tools and skills.Good communication abilities.The candidate should be available for occasional short business trips.Dichiarazione di pari opportunitàEnovis si impegna a garantire pari opportunità di lavoro a tutti.
