Director of RoomsThis luxury 5-star property is looking for a Director of rooms. The Director of Rooms is a strategic and operational leader responsible for managing the Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations teams. With a direct team of four and broader oversight of room‑division operations, this role plays a central part in delivering an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure, with a consistent focus on wellness, sustainability, and emotional hospitality.This position is part of the Executive Committee and reports jointly to the General Manager and Director of Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the performance and daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations departmentsEnsure guest experiences reflect the brand's pillars of well‑being, sustainability and personalized serviceFoster a culture of care, mindfulness and excellence within the Rooms teamLead recruitment, training and development initiatives to build a highly motivated and service‑driven teamImplement operational strategies that support energy conservation, reduced waste and wellness‑oriented service deliveryMonitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements as neededMaintain close collaboration with all departments, especially Spa, F&B and Engineering, to ensure seamless guest serviceOversee departmental budgets, productivity and staffing levels with a focus on efficiency and qualityRepresent the Rooms Division in strategic discussions at the Executive Committee levelCandidate Profile3–5 years of experience in a leadership position within a well‑structured, international hotel group, preferably in ItalyStrong operational knowledge of luxury hotel Rooms Division functionsExperience leading both Front Office and Housekeeping teams in a 5‑star environmentFluent in Italian and English; additional languages are highly desirablePassionate about wellness, sustainability and innovative guest serviceEmpathetic leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skillsAbility to thrive in a high‑expectation, detail‑focused and collaborative environmentIf you would like to have more information about the role, please apply or send your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
