For a pharmaceutical project, we are looking for an Electrical Supervisor (freelance / VAT position preferred but not mandatory), available immediately for activities on a manufacturing site based in Latina, Italy . Initial duration: 6 months, with possible extension. Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical works within a pharmaceutical production environment, ensuring full compliance with GMP , HSE , and qualification standards. Manage field teams and subcontractors during installation, testing, and commissioning phases. Perform technical control of Low and Medium Voltage systems , including substations, MCC panels, and local automation systems. Review and approve technical documentation: single-line diagrams, cable lists, layouts, and functional schematics. Provide technical support during FAT, SAT, and IQ/OQ activities in collaboration with Engineering and Quality departments. Requirements Proven experience in electrical systems for GMP / pharmaceutical facilities . In-depth knowledge of CEI, ATEX, IEC 64-8, and 0-16 standards. Ability to design LV/MV electrical systems using software such as SPAC, Eplan, DOC, Ampère or similar. Strong capability in managing field resources and suppliers, with focus on safety, compliance, and system performance. Autonomous, technically driven, with strong leadership and problem-solving attitude. Fluent in Italian (essential) and good command of English. Immediate availability – collaboration through VAT number preferred. Details Location: Latina (Pharmaceutical manufacturing site) Duration: 6 months (extendable)
