We're looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Growth Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. Your actions and decisions consistently resonate with the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic media buying and precision optimization plans to drive client successLead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts to ensure seamless strategy executionCollaborate with clients to maintain clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to position CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketingRequirements Naturally curious and an autodidact, able to absorb information quickly and effectivelyStrong commitment to learning and self-improvementAbility to approach challenges with structured thinking, utilizing logical frameworks to effectively solve complex problemsPassionate about e-commerce and eager to contribute to a high-performing team at the forefront of the industryWhat We Offer Competitive salary range: $64,000-$76,000 in the first year, with potential for growth to $100,000-$120,000 in the second yearOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentFully remote work environment with flexible schedulingAutonomy and clear expectations, with regular feedback sessions and measurable quality benchmarks to support personal growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
