We’re looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading international hospitality project in Lisbon. What you'll do Handle bookings and customer requests via phone and email Provide information about hotel offers, prices, and loyalty programs Suggest upgrades and travel options to enhance the guest experience Represent a well-known hospitality brand with professionalism and warmth Who you are EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2) Positive, customer-focused, and eager to learn Open to relocating to Lisbon, Portugal What We Offer With company accommodation: €1,050 gross/month Without accommodation: €1,305 gross/month Relocation support (accommodation & flight reimbursement) Paid training and career growth opportunities Multicultural work environment in Lisbon Health insurance Schedule Full time: Monday to Sunday rotational shifts 40 hours/week (8h/day + 1h break) Location: Lisbon / PortoStart date: 05‑01‑2026 Apply now or send your CV directly to .
